Great opener for the album.
The guitar at the beginning is really strong.
The angst that builds in the second half sets the tone perfectly for what the rest of the project is going to feel like.
I Fucked It Up Again — 7/10
Another angsty track, but this one leans heavier into regret.
The guitar and lyrics feel tightly connected, like the anger and self-blame are bleeding into the instrumental.
It sounds like someone wishing they could’ve been better for the person they loved.
Please Don’t Leave — 7/10
Straight-up desperation.
It’s just about not wanting to be abandoned by someone you care about.
The longing feels real and very relatable.
Demo 1000 — 8/10
Extremely 2000s-coded and I love that vibe.
Very “Teenage Dirtbag” energy.
It’s nostalgic, messy, and genuinely hard.

Honestly I love this album, this has got to to be one of my recent favorites because of how much of a throwback it is. I also love the premise of the whole album being about yearning and wanting back a relationship that was once lost. He uses the violent and harshness of incelcore/trashcore to encapsulate his own feeling towards a girl and talks so kindly towards her. Sort of like the inverse of Hey Ya! by OutKast. I personally thought this was badass.
